🔥 What is the Garden State Lacrosse Cup?
The Garden State Lacrosse Cup is a high-level, regional tournament that pits regional all-star teams against each other in a two-day, action-packed event. This event showcases top talent, fierce rivalries, and unmatched NJ pride — with college coaches watching and bragging rights on the line.

📍 Who Can Try Out?
Tryouts are open to boys in the 2032 through 2026 graduation years and girls in the 2029 through 2026 years who currently live in New Jersey or play for a New Jersey-based club or school team. All positions are welcome, and teams will be built by region to represent the true depth of NJ lacrosse talent.
📆 Tryout Dates & Locations
Tryouts will take place in June at convenient locations across the state. Players will be assigned to a regional tryout based on their location (by county).
